Nice little Airport, bags and car fast and down the road into town. Into center of town to explore. Vibe is old industrial town undergoing renaissance. Find Tamarack, a cool microbrewery, and as it turns out, home of the greatest flight of beer ever. Bartender and other patrons really friendly, lots of tips for what to do and where to see. We ordered the fish tacos and a beer bread roll. Food was delicious and portions were huge.
Headed to the inn, exploring along the way. Follow the signs into Pattee Canyon. Fun drive, great views. Few more minutes drive to the Gibson Mansion Inn. More beautiful than the pictures. Tom and Nancy couldn't be nicer and show us around. Our room, the Master, is beautiful and has the pink roses and Prosecco I ordered for Mandy's birthday. Tom makes suggestion for where to catch the sunset.
